Kraken
Kraken is the operating system of the future for Utilities. When a utility signs up to use Kraken, they have some big ambitions. They want to; improve customer experience, reduce cost to serve or accelerate growth and innovation. To make this possible at pace, clients need the incredible tech stack that Kraken offers, the ability to improve how they operate and to have a culture that enables them to thrive.
Clients are increasingly interested in understanding how they can improve not only their customer operations but the business functions, and business units that sit horizontally and vertically to customer operations in retail.
To enable this, Kraken structures itself across 3 key delivery “lead” practice groups; Human Design, Org Design and Tech. This role sits within the Org Design Practice Group. Within this group there are 3 “sub” practices; Target Organisational Model, Innovation and Data as well as a group of super heroes we like to call Org Design Leads.
Kraken’s Org Design Leads are multi skilled, highly experienced operators. They understand the unequivocal do’s and don’ts to achieve success at pace.
