Role Overview
The B2B Growth Marketing Manager will own day-to-day execution across content, SEO, email, ABM campaigns, social media, and website optimization. This is an execution-first role, responsible for translating strategy and direction from the Fractional CMO into consistent, high-quality marketing output that drives engagement, leads, and pipeline. This role is designed for a senior individual contributor who can operate independently once priorities are set.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and manage blog posts, landing pages, and vertical service pages.
Optimize content for SEO, including headers, metadata, and internal linking.
Update and improve existing content to support performance and rankings.
Execute content production from keyword maps and content briefs.
Build and manage email campaigns in HubSpot, including lead nurture sequences, vertical-specific campaigns, and re-engagement flows.
Optimize subject lines, calls to action, and overall email performance.
Support sales enablement with targeted email assets.
Execute account-based marketing campaigns by vertical.
Coordinate content, email, and paid social support for ABM initiatives.
Manage target account lists and campaign assets.
Ensure campaigns align with defined funnel stages.
Manage organic LinkedIn content.
Execute LinkedIn paid social campaigns (non-search).
Amplify thought leadership, blog content, and company announcements.
Track engagement and audience growth.
Optimize calls to action, forms, landing pages, and content flows.
Coordinate with the PPC agency on landing page needs.
Monitor and improve website conversion rates.
Own day-to-day HubSpot execution.
Track performance metrics and report results on a weekly basis.
Coordinate with the Fractional CMO, PPC/SEM agency, and design or development resources as needed.
Qualifications
5–8 years of B2B marketing experience.
Experience in healthcare, SaaS, logistics, or professional services preferred.
Strong experience across content marketing, SEO, and email and lifecycle marketing.
HubSpot expertise required.
Excellent written English skills.
Highly organized and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
