Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, supporting experimentation, optimization, and collaboration across content, paid advertising, and social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on business growth, customer acquisition, and engagement

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform strategic decisions

• Ensure all marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives and target audience needs

A/B Testing & Optimization

• Design and execute A/B tests across landing pages, ad creatives, email campaigns, and social media content

• Analyze test results to optimize performance, improving conversion rates, engagement, and ROI

Creative & Content Collaboration

• Collaborate with creative teams to generate ideas for content, advertising, and social media campaigns

• Contribute to the development of ad copy, visuals, and content aligned with campaign objectives

Paid Ads & Social Media Strategy

• Support the formulation and optimization of paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram

• Develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and traffic

Reporting & Analysis

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant KPIs

• Provide actionable insights to inform future marketing efforts and strategic adjustments

Qualifications

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution

• Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis

Skills

• Strong understanding of paid advertising, social media, and content marketing

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and ad management platforms

• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams

• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute campaigns hands-on

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and organization
