Our client success team focuses on the happiness of our clients. Each Client Success team member is the main point of contact for a batch of specific accounts and works closely with TechnologyAdvice sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure the greatest experience from onboarding to delivered product.

What you'll do

• Work alongside Client Success Team Members and Sales counterparts to understand what has been sold to a client and how we should manage expectations throughout the program
• Join all internal calls and post-sale client calls
• Prepare decks ahead of post-sale client calls and QBRs
• Gather and prepare materials for campaign launches
• Prepare regular client campaign reports
• Monitors pacing and escalates potential concerns to Client Success and Sales counterparts
• Works across multiple internal teams to support product and answer client questions
• Work with Client Success Team Members and Sales to respond to client feedback and provide recommendations and optimizations for their campaigns
• Identify client, category, and product trends
• Consistently provides optimizations for campaign growth to clients and internal team members
• Utilizes several internal tools to review and analyze data, manage client accounts, and support clients’ needs effectively
• Help establish processes to increase efficiency and offer creative solutions to solve problems

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (or equivalent experience)
• Experience maintaining regular communication through digital channels such as Slack, email, and Zoom
• Skilled in managing time and prioritizing tasks across team projects, ensuring smooth coordination and attention to detail while handling multiple clients
• Eager to learn and develop skills in preparing detailed campaign summaries, analyzing data, and tracking client goals and KPIs to ensure program success aligns with expectations
• Familiar with maintaining account health insights and ensuring Salesforce or similar CRM systems are kept up-to-date and accurate
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of reviewing leads for accuracy and alignment with targeting criteria, especially during initial campaign delivery
• Creative problem-solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Must have a working laptop/pc and internet, and a backup connection
• Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
